I got up and did it again, despite being sore! I’m getting less and less sore from each one, so I guess I’m getting stronger! :) I still had to skip a couple reps of the squat and press and the anterior raises with side lunge (which makes me feel pathetic, but oh well I guess…) but other than that I did the whole thing completely!!
I’m actually gonna do a bit on the stationary bike now, because I actually feel like I can still do something after 30DS for once!!
